Senior Executive, Finance

About the role

The Senior Executive, Finance will be responsible for core accounting activities, working under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager. This role supports the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings and management reporting for a global investor services group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, account reconciliations, bank statements, transfers and supplier payments.
• Support monthly and annual account closings, prepare financial statements and assist external audits.
• Prepare and submit local VAT, tax and regulatory filings in line with internal and external requirements.
• Oversee billing activities, including invoice preparation, credit control and timely financial transactions.
• Produce financial and management reports for local management and the Group to aid business decision‑making.

Required profile

• ACCA Level 2 qualification or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance position.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and its application in financial reporting.
• Comfortable working with accounting and financial systems and possessing strong computer skills.

Required skills

• IFRS knowledge.
• SUN Systems (advantage, not mandatory).
