About the role
As a Senior Officer in Fund Administration you will become the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, supporting corporate governance, legal and company secretarial matters throughout the entity lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support the administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of corporate governance and secretarial requirements.
- Draft and review legal and corporate documentation such as resolutions, minutes, agreements and statutory records.
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, preparing board packs, handling logistics and producing post‑meeting documentation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, regulators, notaries, lawyers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with entity incorporations, restructurings and liquidations, ensuring proper documentation and filings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate administration, legal documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong client relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across the entity lifecycle.
