Technical Project Specialist

About the role

As a Technical Project Specialist you will join goFLUENT’s Integration team to lead worldwide integration projects for large global clients. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from definition and design through testing and deployment – ensuring seamless connection of goFLUENT language training solutions with customers’ LMS, ATS and Single Sign‑On platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams in designing integration solutions for clients.
• Advise and assist clients on integrating goFLUENT with LMS, ATS, and SSO technologies (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for integration issues and train internal teams.
• Document project progress and share knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
