About the role
Corel is looking for a technically strong, customer‑first Technical Support Engineer to help users of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. You will provide 24/7 multilingual assistance across chat, email, phone and remote sessions, turning complex software issues into clear, actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 multilingual technical support via chat, email, phone and remote sessions.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve software‑related issues using a structured, methodical approach.
- Own support cases from start to finish, providing timely updates and escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA and product teams to resolve complex problems and improve product quality.
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, root causes and resolutions in internal systems.
- Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and internal documentation to reduce repeat incidents.
- Identify patterns in customer issues and help drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support, application support, help‑desk or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience supporting desktop software applications in a Windows environment; familiarity with macOS is a plus.
