About the role
Join Parallels as a Technical Support Engineer focused on Parallels Desktop. You will help Mac users run Windows, Linux and other operating systems smoothly, providing expert assistance and ensuring a great user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive technical support for Parallels Desktop customers across voice, chat, email and social media.
- Provide 24/7 multilingual assistance while handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly.
- Resolve tickets promptly, follow up on open cases and meet agreed‑upon deadlines.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Parallels Desktop releases, features and best practices.
- Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles for self‑service support.
- Collect user feedback and share insights with product teams to drive product improvements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Degree or diploma in Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
