Villa Host – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Villa Host is responsible for delivering a seamless, personalized experience to guests staying in the resort's private villas. Working closely with the Front Office and Villa Management teams, you will ensure each villa is prepared to the highest standards and that guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare villas for arrival, including deep cleaning, inventory checks, and setting up welcome amenities such as cocktails, champagne, and fruit bowls.
• Welcome guests, complete check‑in procedures, and coordinate daily activities with other departments (F&B, transfers, excursions).
• Maintain accurate guest histories, noting preferences, habits, and special requests.
• Assist the Front Office team with billing, payment formalities, and final invoice checks 72 hours before departure.
• Promote positive guest reviews on TripAdvisor and ReviewPro before departure.
• Coordinate departure logistics, including transfers and final invoice verification.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education with relevant hospitality training or certificates.
• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer‑service mindset.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language; a third language is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and another language (written and verbal).
