About the role
goFLUENT is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to drive growth of its AI‑powered language learning platform across multinational enterprises. You will work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, collaborating with global teams and traveling to client sites as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, targeting decision‑makers and expanding the customer base.
- Prepare proposals, conduct closing meetings, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Leverage current contacts to connect global learning leaders with goFLUENT solutions.
- Drive top‑line growth through renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture accounts and build compelling ROI business cases.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and customer site visits.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or international markets.
- Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C‑suite.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
- Active presence on business‑focused social media, especially LinkedIn.
Required skills
- Experience with SaaS sales models.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for business development.
