Accounting Manager – Private Homes

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of our private homes division at One&Only Le Saint Géran. The role combines strategic budgeting, reporting and team leadership to ensure financial excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, monitor and forecast budgets, cash flow and financial performance.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate tax filings, audits and adherence to financial regulations.
• Analyse revenue, costs and profitability, providing insights to senior management.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities, preferably in hospitality.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
