About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Trust services team. You will play a key part in handling client documents, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Intensively coordinate received documents and communicate with team members and managers.
- Prepare various reports and drafts for outgoing and incoming mail/documentation.
- Check, sort, and upload client‑related documents into internal or client databases following specific rules.
- Update internal and external databases with up‑to‑date client information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Required profile
- College or University degree.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and result‑driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and switch efficiently between tasks.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
