About the role
The Administrative & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing mobility, visa processing, onboarding, training logistics, and administrative support for both on‑shore and off‑shore personnel. The role ensures smooth deployment of staff while maintaining compliance with company procedures and immigration requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of employees, including travel arrangements and relocation logistics.
- Handle visa applications, renewals and ensure all immigration documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Organise onboarding activities and training schedules for new hires.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to staff and management.
- Maintain records of personnel movements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Required profile
- Strong planning, coordination, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Valid driving licence and access to a private car.
- Minimum three years of experience in logistics coordination.
- Fluency in English and French.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
