Affiliate & Influencer Marketer

About the role

Parallels is seeking an Affiliate & Influencer Marketer to own the day‑to‑day strategy and execution of affiliate and influencer programs. You will drive partner recruitment, campaign development, performance optimization and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the affiliate and influencer roadmap, budgets, performance targets and growth plans aligned with revenue, ARR and CAC goals.
• Source, evaluate, recruit and onboard high‑value affiliates, creators, publishers and technical communities, building a structured partner pipeline.
• Design and launch influencer campaigns across YouTube, social video, newsletters, reviews and long‑form content, ensuring authentic creator briefs and strong calls‑to‑action.
• Manage commission structures, bonuses, tiering and promotional incentives to maximise incremental revenue and ROAS.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, promo codes, deep links and campaign parameters, collaborating with analytics and e‑commerce teams.
• Maintain compliance with brand, legal and customer‑experience standards, and coordinate with product, paid media and SEO teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer or performance marketing with a proven record of revenue or customer‑acquisition growth.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting, onboarding and optimizing external partners and creator campaigns.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills to structure mutually beneficial partner agreements.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with funnel performance data and attribution workflows.
