Affiliate Manager (Remote)
iubenda
Job description
About the role
iubenda, a privacy technology company now part of team.blue, is hiring a remote Affiliate Manager. The goal is to turn the iubenda affiliate program into a scalable, predictable channel that brings new paying customers every month. You will own the program end to end: strategy, partner recruitment, activation, incentives, tracking and reporting, working alongside Paid, Lifecycle and SEO & AI Search.
Key responsibilities
- Own the affiliate strategy, quarterly goals and roadmap, and design the commission model, incentives, offers and promo codes within budget and margin targets.
- Recruit partners such as web designers, developers, agencies, WordPress communities, consultants, review sites, bloggers, YouTubers and newsletter owners, using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, LinkedIn and affiliate networks.
- Onboard new partners with ready-to-use assets and clear messaging, and manage top partners personally while scaling communication for the long tail.
- Set up and maintain the affiliate platform, tracking and attribution, and review commissions and coordinate payouts.
- Keep the program clean: detect fraud and brand bidding, and ensure partners do not promise guaranteed compliance.
- Run experiments on outreach, incentives and landing pages, and share weekly and monthly updates with recommendations.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle, Paid, SEO & AI Search and Content on campaigns, newsletters and co-marketing.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or partner/performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or web tools.
- Proven track record of recruiting and scaling affiliates and growing revenue from the channel.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, international team and following up until you get a result.
- Excellent English; a second European language (Italian, Spanish, German or French) is a strong plus.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms or networks (Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, CJ, Awin or similar).
- Understanding of tracking, attribution, commission models and affiliate KPIs.
- Negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach with spreadsheets, dashboards and analytics tools.
What we offer
- 100% remote work, or from the Milan and Bologna offices (Mauritius candidates encouraged to meet in Port Louis once a week).
- Annual fully paid retreats in locations such as Venice, Athens and Palermo.
- A yearly flex budget of up to 1,000 EUR.
- Work equipment supply scheme.
