Analyst - Corporate Services

About the role

Apex Group, a fund administration and middle office solutions provider founded in Bermuda in 2003, is hiring an Analyst for Corporate Services. The role covers the administration of a defined set of client servicing deliverables for a portfolio of clients, with attention to accuracy, compliance and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene meetings of directors and shareholders, prepare Board papers and verify minutes drafted by team members.
• Ensure final deliverables to clients are 100% accurate and of high quality.
• Develop a full understanding of each client and their requirements.
• Complete and follow up certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents on time.
• Maintain bank accounts, including opening accounts, initiating transfers and liaising with the bank.
• Monitor day-to-day tasks so they are completed in a timely and satisfactory way.
• Effect statutory filings with the FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies.
• Carry out customer due diligence (CDD) in line with the AML Code and keep an updated CDD list for all companies.
• Coordinate the work of team members effectively.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in the global business sector is an advantage.
• Degree, or substantially completed ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Client service mindset, good written and spoken communication, and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure; quick learner who adapts well.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Statutory filing and customer due diligence knowledge.
