Analyst I, Scheme Registrations and Reporting

About the role

The Analyst I is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of card scheme registrations and the preparation of mandatory compliance reports. You will manage data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure merchant accounts are properly registered and compliant with global payment network rules.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end merchant registrations for card schemes.
• Review merchant documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• List terminated merchants on VISA (VMSS) and Mastercard (MATCH) systems.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports.
• Review, clear or remediate G2 content alerts as part of Persistent Merchant Monitoring.
• Maintain reporting trackers, documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and respond to management information requests.
• Learn and apply card scheme rules, internal controls and compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
