Analyst-Project Management (Junior PMO)

About the role

As a Junior PMO Analyst you will join Allianz Services' growing PMO‑as‑a‑Service team. You will work with global teams on a variety of projects, ranging from IT transformation to regulatory and operational excellence initiatives, supporting delivery while building analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Track project scope, timeline, cost and risks, ensuring data accuracy.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and other project artefacts.
• Support governance activities, stakeholder communication and follow‑ups.
• Assist in problem‑solving and contribute ideas for resolution.
• Apply project‑management methods under supervision (Agile and classical).
• Conduct research, summarise insights and support decision‑making.
• Use collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Execute assigned tasks on time and contribute to analysis, presentations and coordination activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with project steering, governance and both Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, reliable, independent and comfortable working in complex, evolving environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
• Project‑management tools (MS Project, Jira) – preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools, processes and templates.
