Assistant Level 1 – Issuing (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Level 1 to join our Cards team on a three‑month fixed‑term basis. The role supports the growth of our partnership network by reaching out to prospective merchants and partners, setting appointments and providing sales‑related administrative support. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a professional and positive experience to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective merchants, partners and other stakeholders.
• Introduce CIM Finance’s products, services and partnership opportunities.
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for the Partnerships & Alliances team.
• Follow up with stakeholders and keep accurate interaction records.
• Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support for partnership activities.
• Assist with campaigns, events, roadshows and other business initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in email communication and basic business correspondence.
• A valid driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
