About the role

Join Noudeal.com, a leading online travel platform in Mauritius, as a Travel Sales & Reservation Agent. You will turn customer enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering personalized travel advice and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media and the website.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable hotels, activities, spa experiences and holiday packages.
• Convert leads into bookings through effective communication, follow‑ups and upselling.
• Process reservations accurately, liaise with hotel and tourism partners, and manage modifications or cancellations.
• Maintain high response times, meet individual and team sales targets, and record all booking details and payments.
• Provide professional advice, build strong customer relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Identify trends, suggest new packages and support promotional campaigns.
