Assistant Level 1 – Issuing Sales (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Assistant Level 1 – Issuing Sales role supports the issuance process for card and payment products. You will contact clients to arrange KYC document verification appointments, ensure compliance with KYC requirements, and deliver high‑quality service to both internal and external customers during a six‑month fixed‑term assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct client appointments for KYC document verification.
• Review, validate, and process KYC documentation and new applications in line with policy and SLA requirements.
• Assist customers with card activations, declined transaction follow‑ups, and other service‑related interactions.
• Participate in issuing campaigns, sales initiatives, outbound calling, and roadshow activities.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to meet business objectives and maintain a positive, inclusive team culture.

Required profile

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
• Valid driver’s licence where required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.

Required skills

• Good understanding of cards and payments products, services, systems, and tools.
• Ability to draft clear and professional emails.
• Confidence in building positive customer relationships.
