Assistant Maintenance Manager - Rooms

About the role

Constance Belle Mare Plage is looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager – Rooms to ensure the guest rooms, suites, villas and related areas are kept in optimal operational and aesthetic condition. You will work closely with the maintenance team and other hotel departments to deliver high‑quality, safe, and reliable room environments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all maintenance activities for guest rooms, corridors, and associated facilities.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for room equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify defects, and prioritize corrective actions.
• Manage room defect and complaint requests from Housekeeping, Front Office and guests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure rooms are technically ready for sale and occupation according to brand standards.
• Support urgent out‑of‑hours maintenance situations when required.

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude towards maintenance and safety compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in hospitality or similar environment is preferred.
