Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Interchange fee models by converting technical scheme rules into system‑ready mapping language.
• Perform rigorous data reconciliation and analytical investigations to resolve financial mismatches.
• Identify and propose optimisation opportunities to reduce interchange fees and increase client value.
• Coordinate cross‑functional implementation of scheme mandates, ensuring timely fee‑change deployment.
• Generate tailored management reports with visualisations and insights for diverse audiences.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on strategic projects that improve interchange operations and cost‑of‑sales efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in data analytics, revenue/sales operations, finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• Quantitative degree in accounting, mathematics, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Visa and MasterCard interchange fee rules (other schemes a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies or opportunities in large datasets.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and large‑scale financial modelling.
