Associate Executive – Fund Administration

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Executive to join our Fund Administration team. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to support statutory, regulatory and governance tasks while building a solid technical foundation in fund services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process corporate actions for fund entities, including board packs, annual meetings, director appointments/resignations and updates to statutory registers.
• Handle regulatory filings and notifications with authorities such as ROC, FSC and Registrar General, supporting changes to auditors, bank signatories, registered office and share‑related transactions.
• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence on directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, investors and investee companies, escalating gaps and ensuring documentation completeness.
• Support fund‑related processes including payments, share issuance/redemption, TRC applications, pledges, license renewals and reporting obligations.
• Maintain accurate fund records by updating internal systems, scanning and filing documents, and assisting with regulator inspections while adhering to internal policies and information‑security standards.
