About the role
The Associate Executive will support Apex Group’s legal team in delivering high‑quality legal services to our global client base. This position offers the chance to work on a variety of corporate structures and financial services matters while developing expertise in cross‑jurisdictional legal documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and drafting constitutive documents for companies, limited partnerships, foundations and other entities.
- Support legal matters and respond to client legal queries.
- Prepare first‑draft legal opinions for review.
- Conduct research on legal issues affecting the financial services sector.
Required profile
- LLB or equivalent law‑related degree.
- Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of global business and financial services.
- Excellent analytical and technical abilities.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
