Associate Manager - Onboarding

About the role

The Associate Manager will lead the AML Onboarding team, ensuring robust client due diligence and seamless onboarding across a diverse portfolio. You will oversee the full onboarding lifecycle, from KYC documentation review to risk assessment, while fostering a strong risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assess, and approve CDD and KYC documentation for clients, investors and related parties.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including enhanced due diligence, screening, adverse media checks and risk rating assessments.
• Supervise and coach the onboarding team, providing technical support and training.
• Handle escalations for high‑risk cases and prepare submissions for ACE and Group Reputational Risk Committees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high‑quality data, monitor performance and continuously improve onboarding practices.

Required profile

• Experience in AML, KYC, or client onboarding within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk assessment methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
