Associate Regional People Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Regional People Partner to support HR administration and shared services across the region. The role will help deliver best‑in‑class HR products, processes and systems throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HR administration processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding and absence management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Mauritius employment law and help develop People policies that meet legal requirements.
• Support employee engagement surveys, performance and compensation cycles.
• Collaborate on training and development initiatives with the Regional Lead.
• Champion an inclusive culture aligned with company values and act as the central point for cultural activities.
• Assist team members with day‑to‑day HR queries and administrative requests.
• Help implement local benefit programmes and ensure parity with global offerings.
• Provide support on employee relations matters and build foundational knowledge of local ER issues.

Required profile

• Good working knowledge of Mauritius employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR value across a region.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
• Ability to support people programs such as engagement surveys, performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Proactive attitude towards culture building and employee relations.
