HR Systems Analyst

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Systems Analyst to support and enhance its HR information systems and data processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to HR transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular data quality checks, identify anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to employee and manager requests for system access, department, ID, and contract changes.
• Process HR data transactions such as organizational structure updates and employee record changes.
• Support data audits and develop data governance and validation procedures.
• Lead HR‑perimeter implementation projects, coordinating with technical and business teams.
• Analyze and streamline data flows to improve integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Group Directory correspondents to manage access and provide training.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent listening skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
