Barista – Luxury Resort (Foreign Worker)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. The successful candidate will create memorable coffee experiences for guests while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages, including latte art, according to Four Seasons recipes.
• Maintain the coffee station’s cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times.
• Provide friendly, attentive service, ensuring each guest receives a personalized coffee experience.
• Assist with training new team members and share best practices.
• Participate in briefings, communicate feedback to management, and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and the hotel’s code of conduct.

Required skills
