Barista – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the hospitality team at One&Only Le Saint Géran as a Barista, delivering exceptional coffee, tea and hot beverage service to discerning guests in a 5‑star resort environment. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of beverages to the highest standards while contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all styles of tea and coffee in line with resort standards.
• Maintain and clean coffee machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Suggest new coffee and tea menu items based on guest preferences.
• Handle guest payments for beverage orders.
• Order and manage supplies required for beverage preparation.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and keep costs within budget.
• Support other Food & Beverage departments during service hours.
• Uphold sanitation, safety and operational procedures at all times.

Required profile

• High school graduate (advantageous).
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a Food & Beverage service environment, preferably within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Fluent English communication skills with guests, management and colleagues.
• Ability to provide clear, legible written communication.
