Billing and Invoicing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Billing and Invoicing Specialist to join our international team. You will support clients across French, Italian, German and Moroccan markets, ensuring smooth implementation of our language training solutions and accurate invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee registration and implementation of language training solutions, collaborating with Customer Success, Registration and Group Lessons teams.
• Manage training‑period changes such as credit transfers and deadline extensions, acting as the primary contact for client requests.
• Alert Customer Success or Account Executives to significant client issues or needs.
• Generate and share administrative reports, providing insights to boost learner engagement.
• Validate pre‑invoices bi‑weekly, distribute them via email or requested channels, and follow up on unpaid invoices by email and phone.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative services.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (Italian, German, French, Spanish) are a strong plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving ability and capacity to anticipate issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using GSuite, particularly Google Sheets.
