Brand & Lifestyle Executive

About the role

The Brand & Lifestyle Executive will support Mont Choisy Group’s Marketing team in enhancing the visibility and daily experience of the brand across its real‑estate developments. This dynamic, people‑oriented position is ideal for an outgoing, creative professional with a passion for lifestyle, hospitality, social media and events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing lifestyle and brand initiatives to maintain a premium brand image.
• Create daily social‑media content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) and manage content calendars.
• Capture and share lifestyle moments, events and behind‑the‑scenes footage across the estate.
• Support community management, engagement and relationship building with residents, members, tenants and partners.
• Represent the brand at events, activations and community initiatives, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate event logistics and help create a vibrant community atmosphere.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Outgoing, energetic, confident and comfortable interacting with high‑end clientele.
• Organised, proactive, hands‑on and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and French.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Experience with content creation tools for photos, videos and graphics.
