Business Analyst - Banking Financial Tools

About the role

Accenture is hiring a Business Analyst in Ebene to support key users of banking financial tools. The role acts as the link between the business and the IT environment, helping users get the most out of the application while gathering requirements and validating them.

Key responsibilities

• Help key users of banking financial tools and ensure smooth usage.
• Configure the business parameters of the application.
• Gather requirements from the business and document functional specifications for the IT team.
• Act as key user and assist end users in using the accounting application.
• Ensure smooth communication with clients and end users.
• Perform end-user acceptance testing to validate the solution.
• Take part in project management activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in the software development lifecycle, IT, or as a Business Analyst in IT.
• Proven success in a team-oriented and problem-solving environment, and a desire to work in an information systems environment.

• Good French and English, spoken and written.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
