Business Analyst – Digital Platform Operations

The role will support the ongoing maintenance of these solutions and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day application and system support, including incident and request handling.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and help implement fixes or improvements.
• Support small changes from requirements gathering to user testing and go‑live.
• Perform basic data checks, maintain accurate records and support reporting using Excel/SQL.
• Assist with client onboarding (access setup, data preparation, basic testing).
• Train and support users; maintain simple guides and documentation.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet user needs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years’ experience in application support, business/data analysis or digital operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Experience capturing user needs and documenting simple processes or requirements.
• Comfortable supporting user testing and tracking issues.
• Proactive, pragmatic and improvement‑minded; fluent in English.
