Business Analyst – IT Systems & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team and drive technology‑enabled business transformation. You will work on systems improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement and the delivery of innovative health‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to capture and analyse operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Support system enhancement through testing, monitoring and implementation.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing IT projects, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support change‑management and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Participate in application testing, deployment and ongoing system maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations and ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, software development and systems implementation.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and systems improvement.
