Business Analyst Planning

About the role

The Business Analyst Planner supports the European planning team by ensuring data accuracy, stakeholder communication, and efficient execution of planning activities across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with unit of measure changes, material master updates, and product discontinuation activities.
• Manage batch and transfer requests, respond to sales order inquiries, and release blocked orders.
• Support APO consistency checks, supply‑chain network setup, and warehouse relocation updates.
• Conduct monthly stock discrepancy checks, perform corrective actions, and handle ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of supply‑chain experience with strong analytical mindset.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools such as APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PowerBI and QlikView for reporting.
