Butler – Exclusive Collection (M/W) at Club Med Resorts

About the role

Join Club Med’s Exclusive Collection as a Butler, delivering luxury service to guests in Mauritius or other resort locations. You will ensure villas and chalets are impeccably prepared, personalize each guest’s stay, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain villas or chalets before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to guest preferences.
• Provide daily housekeeping, linen service, and turnover cleaning between guest stays.
• Anticipate and respond to guest wishes, preferences, and special requests with discretion.
• Deliver food‑and‑beverage services, including breakfast, snacks, à‑la‑carte meals, room service, and special events, following HACCP and service protocols.
• Collect guest feedback, communicate it to management, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury hospitality and attentive to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with guests of diverse nationalities.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and a service‑oriented mindset.
