Buyer – Procurement (Port Louis, Mauritius)

About the role

DHL Group is looking for a Buyer to join its Corporate Procurement team in Port‑Louis, Mauritius. You will be responsible for executing end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑pay processes and supporting internal stakeholders in acquiring goods, materials, and services that meet the company's standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute the purchase‑to‑pay process while ensuring compliance with global, regional and local policies.
• Capture internal demand, handle non‑catalogue requests and promote the use of procurement catalogues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal business partners.
• Provide first‑level user support for e‑Purchasing tools and manage catalogue content.
• Offer second‑level support for issue resolution and master data management.
• Assist the Senior Buyer with continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, data entry, customer service or related support roles.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Responsible, proactive, detail‑oriented and a strong team player.
• Good computer literacy.
