Campaign Engineer

About the role

RAPP is seeking a Campaign Engineer to design, build, and optimise email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with clients to translate their marketing requirements into responsive, high‑performing email experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse campaign requirements and adapt builds accordingly.
• Develop, schedule, and manage journeys and emails in SFMC.
• Code responsive email templates using HTML and CSS, adhering to best practices.
• Maintain up‑to‑date email templates and ensure proper deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Perform quality checks and monitor deliverables across devices and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of email‑specific development experience.
• Digital portfolio showcasing dynamic email samples.
• Experience with landing pages, banners, and front‑end development.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.

• Litmus or similar QA tools
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Exposure to CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress)
