Analytics Lead

About the role

The Analytics Lead will report to the Technical Director and the Project Manager, working closely with data analysts, developers and marketing teams. This position requires independent work, guiding analysts in daily tasks and their continuous learning while delivering data‑driven insights for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise, guidance and consultancy to internal teams and external partners.
• Plan, monitor and follow up on data analyst activities on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Define and maintain technical documentation and data‑analytics strategy aligned with industry standards.
• Design and deliver training programs for analysts on statistics, tracking, visualization and reporting.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all digital assets and act as the go‑to person for ad‑hoc data queries.

Required profile

• Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in a data‑related role, including quantitative analysis and problem solving.
• Proficiency in French and English.

Required skills

• Analytical tools: R, SPSS, Weka, NumPy, MatLab.
• Data visualization and reporting: Power BI, D3.js, GGplot, Tableau.
• Web analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
• Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
