About the role

Medine Group’s STEP UP | CAREER EXPLORER is an 18‑month development programme designed for recent graduates and early‑career professionals. Participants rotate across the Group’s diverse businesses, gaining practical experience while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gain exposure to multiple business functions and operations within Medine Group.
• Contribute to real‑world business projects under the guidance of senior leaders.
• Develop capabilities in leadership, business strategy and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Collaborate with experienced professionals across various departments.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative and adaptability.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Interest in building a career across diverse business sectors.
