Catalog Manager – Amazon Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Catalog Manager to manage and optimise Amazon product catalogues for a portfolio of international brands. You will oversee product‑page creation, monitor content quality, resolve catalogue issues and prepare operational reports while collaborating closely with the Lead Catalog Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update product pages, variations, images, videos and brand content on Amazon.
• Manage catalogue activities through Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, including flat‑file submissions and support cases.
• Monitor content quality using Pacvue Content Authority, identify discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and escalate complex issues to the Lead Catalog Manager.
• Collaborate with international teams and maintain accurate tracking in Excel or Google Sheets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in e‑commerce, marketplace operations or product catalogue management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organisational and task‑management skills.
• Proactive attitude for identifying and escalating issues.
• Fluent French and good written English.

Required skills

• Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Digital collaboration tools such as Monday and Notion.
• Pacvue Content Authority for content monitoring.
