Chargé(e) Marketing Digital & Produit B2C

About the role

CELESTE is seeking a Digital Marketing and B2C Product Manager to lead the promotion of consumer telecom offers from its Mauritius hub. You will shape digital campaigns, optimise online channels and support product launches to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and product strategies for B2C telecom offers.
• Plan, launch and monitor online campaigns across SEO/SEA, social media, email and display channels.
• Manage website and social media content, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to define product positioning.
• Support B2C sales teams with lead generation, conversion and upselling initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare regular reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Participate in the launch of new offers and promotional activities, aligning with CELESTE’s global marketing roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends in telecom and digital services.
• Experience in B2C marketing strategy, campaign planning and performance analysis.
• Sales awareness and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
