Childcare Coordinator (M/W) – Resort

About the role

As a Childcare Coordinator (M/W) you will join Club Med’s Mini Club team to create memorable, safe and fun experiences for children aged 4‑17 at our resort locations. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting families and ensuring that every activity contributes to children’s happiness and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families, build confidence and take charge of groups of 4‑17‑year‑olds.
• Accompany and supervise children during sporting, creative and discovery activities.
• Organise and run games, workshops, fairs and shows within the Mini Club programme.
• Ensure children’s safety both inside the Mini Club facilities and while moving around the resort.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and protect resort property.

Required profile

• Friendly, imaginative and able to create convivial moments for children.
• Responsible and attentive to safety and operational standards.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, family‑focused environment.
• Willingness to engage with children through sports, arts and educational activities.
