Consultant – Workforce Management

About the role

As a Consultant – Workforce Management you will support Allianz Services in Mauritius by analysing current workforce processes and delivering strategic solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing workforce management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse forecast, staffing levels, scheduling and performance data to uncover trends.
• Apply Erlang C and UBP models to strengthen workforce planning capabilities.
• Lead the implementation and integration of the Verint Workforce Management tool across eligible business areas.
• Develop detailed workforce plans, staffing models and KPI dashboards.
• Provide training, support and change‑management guidance for new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in workforce data analysis.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles within a workforce management context.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
