Associate Manager – HR Services

About the role

The Associate Manager – HR Services leads and expands HR outsourcing operations for Allianz Services, ensuring high‑quality delivery to local and global stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the local service manager for HR outsourcing activities, coordinating with global HR Service owners and the Head of HR Services.
• Identify and develop new HR service opportunities, manage contracts, risk, and IT demand for new offerings.
• Lead a local team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance development, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Draft order agreements, provide accurate monthly billing information, and manage HR administrative practices such as vacation and travel administration.
• Serve as escalation point for global and local stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with strong presentation and meeting‑leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in HR services, outsourcing, or related fields.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on digital and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to implement best practices in channel management.

Required skills

• Advanced PC knowledge, including MS Office packages.
• Experience with MS Dynamics tools for drafting agreements and billing.
