About the role

RAPP is seeking a Content Author to integrate modules, manage web content, and ensure the website meets quality and performance standards. The role combines technical web development with content creation, supporting the agency’s focus on individualized digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate multiple modules to build web pages.
• Configure and activate required modules for web applications/websites.
• Localise web applications via back‑office or CMS where applicable.
• Upload and manage content, including images, newsletters and multimedia assets.
• Perform webmastering tasks such as page setup and SEO optimisation.
• Participate in end‑to‑end testing, user acceptance testing and launch activities.
• Maintain and administer sites, including updates, archiving and moderation.
• Provide workload estimates and deliver tasks within agreed timelines.
• Raise alerts proactively and adhere to cross‑disciplinary processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or a related field.
• Proven experience with service‑management tools such as HPSAW, JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Ability to follow defined practices and processes to deliver high‑quality support services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of experience in an IT or IS role.
