Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to own and grow the online presence of Médecin à Domicile, a national home‑care brand in Mauritius. You will capture real moments from home visits and events, produce daily short‑form videos and photos, and engage the community in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the website and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Shoot, edit and publish short‑form video and photo content on a daily basis.
• Ride‑along with doctors and attend events to capture authentic stories.
• Write captions, scripts and posts in English and French, and plan the monthly content calendar.
• Respond to comments and messages, grow and protect the community.
• Track performance metrics and report monthly on what works.
• Coordinate with external agencies and design partners for campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience creating brand content or a strong portfolio (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Creole is a plus.
• Comfortable working irregular hours when a story is worth it.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for ride‑alongs.
• Strong personal social‑media presence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• Design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI‑generated content platforms.
• Confident filming with smartphones and mirrorless cameras.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 55,000, plus performance bonus up to Rs 5,000.
