Corporate Advisory Team Leader

About the role

Redstone Banking Search is recruiting a Corporate Advisory Team Leader for a global multifamily office based in Mauritius, which carries out corporate advisory and M&A work and is expanding its coverage across Africa and worldwide. The role works alongside the Executive Director to drive transactions in the growing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Drive processes to completion, lead client relationships and communications, and work closely with CFOs and finance teams
• Gather and analyse information and turn complex financial findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Lead end-to-end advisory project delivery, from scoping to final presentation, including planning, timelines, resources, risk management and stakeholder coordination
• Oversee financial analysis and strategic recommendations: review financial statements, identify business risks and opportunities, lead valuations and modelling, and develop corporate finance solutions such as restructuring, capital optimisation and M&A strategies
• Advise on transactions, deal structure, valuation and negotiation strategy
• Report to the Executive Director

Required profile

• At least 4 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or management consulting
• Masters degree in finance, business, economics or a similar field
• CFA or equivalent is a strong plus
• Experience managing financial analysis and transaction projects, preferably in Africa or the Indian Ocean region
• Fluent French
• Based in Mauritius
