Customer Sales Advisor

About the role

Sunlife, a leading hospitality group in the Indian Ocean, is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to act as the brand ambassador and deliver exceptional service to guests and prospective guests. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will handle inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a seamless reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests and callers, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Process bookings accurately and on time using the Opera Reservation System.
• Follow the Leading Quality Assurance process during telephone interactions.
• Handle billing accounts and pro‑forma invoices correctly.
• Regularly review fact sheets for hotel properties.
• Adhere to reservations department policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
• Professional training from a hotel school is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer‑facing sales or reservations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to devise creative solutions for guests.
• Good interpersonal and commercial skills.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud is a plus.
