About the role
This 6‑month internship supports the Customer Service Center (CSC) by acting as a single point of contact for VEML customers. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, ensure timely resolution, and help maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log, and resolve customer requests via phone, live chat, email, and fax.
- Route queries to the appropriate service provider (MASP) and follow up to guarantee first‑class service.
- Process orders, credit and account queries, delivery issues, complaints, and technical product information.
- Invoice customers accurately for fuel, LPG, lubricants and related sales.
- Create and update customer master data in the ERP system.
- Prepare credit risk assessment templates and submit them to the Credit Controller.
- Perform timely reconciliations and support bulk LPG scheduling in the ERP as a backup.
Required profile
- Degree holder, preferably in Communication, Management, IT or a related field.
- Proficiency with IT tools and social media applications.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Willingness to work odd hours and public holidays when required.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems.
