About the role
Allianz Services Mauritius is recruiting a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the voice that brings care and trust to every customer interaction, handling calls and administrative tasks related to the life of the client contract. Applications are reviewed by the recruitment team, which then contacts shortlisted candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the life of the client contract
- Make outgoing and receive incoming calls
- Manage difficult calls while keeping a good image of Allianz
- Respect professional secrecy
- Check, verify and analyse client requests
- Follow up on cases
- Organise and manage activity by email and telephone
- Apply distance customer relationship techniques and procedures
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school education (SC)
- Thoughtful, organised and rigorous, with good writing and communication skills in English and French
- Comfortable with figures
- Good listening, understanding and analytical ability, team spirit
- Stress resistance and adaptability
Required skills
- Office software tools
- Fluent French
