Data Migration & Integration Specialist

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Data Migration & Integration Specialist to join its Mauritius team and support HR and payroll solution implementations for clients in the Adriatic region. The role bridges client data, HR processes and technology, ensuring smooth transitions to the HRnet platform while maintaining high data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute data migration activities, handling large datasets and complex imports.
• Configure and parameterize HR and payroll solutions within the HRnet system.
• Support system integrations, dashboard setup and data validation.
• Create reports, analyses and drive process improvements.
• Provide technical and operational support to customers.
• Drive automation and optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, implementations or data migration projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and system configurations.
• Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience with integrations, reporting or SaaS environments is a plus.
